Malnutrition

Malnutrition occurs when the body doesn't get enough nutrients. Causes include a poor diet, digestive conditions or another disease. Malnutrition is global challenge specifically in low income and middle income countries. More than ten million children under five years of age die annually worldwide due to this reason. It's a very common problem nowadays. Children's nowadays eat lots of junk food due to which they don't get enough nutrition. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 462 million people worldwide are malnourished, and stunted development due to poor diet affects 159 million children globally. Malnutrition during childhood can lead not only to long-term health problems but also to educational challenges and limited work opportunities in their future.
When a person is malnourished then they faces so many problems like lack of interest in food and drink, tiredness, irritability, depression etc.

Sometimes they face difficulty in breathing, sometimes their skin becomes dry, pale, their hair become thin and dry. Children may show a lack of growth, and they may be tired and irritable. Behavioral and intellectual development may be slow, possibly resulting in learning difficulties.
If a person's body is not getting the proper nutrition then he will not able to concentrate on his work properly due to which he will get failure in his work, which will effect him economically and he might get terminated from his job or children get failure in their subjects so therefore it is very important in a person's life that he might get proper protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. The another main reason for the malnutrition in a child body is the lack of nutrition to the mother when she's pregnant and after her pregnancy. That is why it's very important that the pregnant lady should be feuded properly and all the essential nutrients should be provided to her.

Government should made and implement various scheme so that this serious cause can be cure. Food items containing essential nutrients should be provided at a low or no rate through public distribution system. In schools, government should provide the proper meal containing all the nutrients so that children get proper nutrition. Many families cannot afford or access enough nutritious foods like fresh fruit and vegetables, legumes, meat and milk, while foods and drinks high in fat, sugar and salt are cheaper and more readily available, leading to a rapid rise in the number of children and adults who are overweight and obese, in poor as well as rich countries.

People can prevent themselves from this problem by taking proper nutrition's. They can eat fruits, green vegetables, egg, etc. They can encourage themselves for doing exercises and yoga which will help them to be active all day and will be able to concentrate on their work properly. According to me, the society can also play important role in this. They can help other persons by providing proper knowledge about this and help them to take proper nutrition by organizing some events on this problem.
